What Year
Will You Hear First?

For over 20 years, I have been doing these Christmas mixes as an alternative to the standard songs done by the same artists that you’ve heard forever. Not that they are bad songs, they just sometimes feel a little old and stale. It’s always nice to mix it up a bit to keep things fresh. I offer an eclectic selection of songs and artists that you may not normally hear over the holiday season. Recently I have started trying to add songs featuring artists who passed away during the year as a way to honor them and their contributions to music. Theses additions can really impact the general feel or theme for a given year. As a result, the flow changes each year, as the mix begins to develop. This is the 1st year doing the website approach, so I hope it works well and you are able to find a few songs that you really enjoy. Feel free to share with others or don’t.
